Yunnan Province continues to strengthen policy planning，enhance standardized management，improve organizational network，highlight the distinctive cultural advantages，create service brands，promote culture volunteer service to the grassroots，and play a typical demonstration and leading role to promote the overall level of culture volunteer service. In response to the need to further enhance the management and protection system，improve service level，strengthen team building，promote social participation and other issues，we should continue to promote the work of culture volunteer service to the development of characteristics，refinement，institutionalization and socialization.
