This paper takes representative first-class revolutionary memorial halls as the core sample，and collects relevant articles on the theme of “volunteer service in revolutionary memorial halls” from the database of China Knowledge Network and the official WeChat accounts of the above revolutionary memorial halls. On this basis，CiteSpace software was used for mapping and bibliometric analysis. The study shows that in the past ten years，the revolutionary memorial hall volunteer service has experienced three stages of initial （2002-2013），transition （2014-2016），and development （2017-present）. The words with high frequency and centrality of the keyword co-occurrence network show that the current concerns mainly focus on volunteer activities，volunteer spirit，volunteer training，volunteer literacy，red revolutionary discourse system，volunteer activity cooperation，volunteer activity time，volunteer service management system requirements and volunteer service during the epidemic. The clusters of revolutionary memorial hall volunteer service，according to the results of the LSI algorithm，include learning from Lei Feng volunteer service，venue service，service for the people，civilization persuasion，volunteer interpretation，online exhibition and Nanjing massacre survivor health care service team；through the analysis of emergent words，the field of revolutionary memorial hall volunteer service shows the development trend of upgrading volunteer concepts，volunteer activities into the community，and construction of the service discourse system.
