<<As an important activity site of culture volunteer services,China’s museum volunteer service has entered many fields such as cultural industries,cultural markets,community building,precise poverty alleviation and the protection of non-traditional heritage. Museum volunteer teams are expanding,volunteer service forms are being innovated,management standards are being dramatically raised,and brand influence is becoming more pronounced. Driven by innovation,museum volunteerism has gradually entered a period of steady development through the establishment of a sound incentive and guarantee system,the widening of funding channels and the enhancement of information technology and intelligence. In the future,it should further improve the administrative and formalized problems of the governance of voluntary service organizations,integrate internal resources,improve the level of theoretical research and promote the realization of professional,distinctive and precise development of culture volunteer service.
