尽管中国与东盟国家在服务贸易行业上具有一定的竞争性,双方的服务贸易结构也亟待优化,但双方的服务贸易仍然有较大的合作和发展空间。本报告采用显性比较优势指数和贸易互补性指数,对比分析新冠肺炎疫情前后中国与东盟国家服务贸易总体竞争力、行业竞争力以及服务贸易行业互补情况,结果显示:新冠肺炎疫情下,双方传统服务贸易或将受阻,服务贸易制度不健全仍然是阻碍服务贸易发展的主要因素;同时疫情也为服务贸易发展提供了新契机;中国与东盟国家应通过差异化拓展服务贸易领域,强化服务贸易制度建设,加强政府间对话以挖掘服务贸易合作深度等举措,力促疫情下双方服务贸易的顺利开展。
<<Although the service trade between China and ASEAN members has a certain competitiveness,the service trade structure of both sides also needs to be optimized,both sides still have a great potential space for cooperation and development. In this paper,by using the RCA and TCI,it compares the overall competitiveness of the service trade of these countries,the competitiveness of the industry and the complementary between China and ASEAN members,and points out that,although the traditional service trade between the two sides may be blocked and the unsound of the service trade system between China and ASEAN members has restricted the trade potential of both sides,a new opportunity for the development of the service trade between the two sides will be provided under COVID-19;China and ASEAN members should strengthen the construction of the service trade system of both sides through differential development,the construction of the service trade system of both sides,the inter-government dialogue to tap the depth of cooperation in trade in services,and promote the smooth development of trade cooperation between China and ASEAN during the period of COVID-19.
