This report studies and analyzes the status and level of open government data and integration in the Yangtze River Delta from the four key dimensions-Readiness，Platform，Data and Use. On the whole，the level of government data opening in the Yangtze River Delta is uneven. Zhejiang，Shanghai and other places have taken the lead in the country，but there are still some places in the region that have not yet carried out data opening work. The study found that the Yangtze River Delta currently lacks the support of laws and policies to promote regional government data openness and collaboration；platforms in the Yangtze River Delta have reached a high level in terms of functional settings，and the differences between them are small，but collaboration has not yet been realized. Besides，the overlap of dataset topics，the matching degree of dataset contents and the consistency of original data standards need to be improved. The Yangtze River Delta region has not yet held any cross-provincial open data innovation and utilization activities，and lacks cross-provincial data applications，failing to effectively promote the cross-regional integration and utilization of open data. The report recommends that all parts of the Yangtze River Delta continue to explore frontiers，break through difficulties，strengthen the exchange of experience within the region，and enhance the breadth and depth of data opening in the entire Yangtze River Delta region.
