目前,福建省新能源装机占比低,发展任务艰巨,且随着新能源大规模开发,其波动性和随机性也将对电力系统安全、稳定运行带来挑战。德国从源—网—荷三侧协同发力适应新能源快速发展,包括以灵活性电源和精益化预测保障电力供应稳定性、以大范围资源配置和智能感知控制提升电网运行可靠性、以可调控资源提升用户侧负荷调节灵活性。建议福建省借鉴相关经验,增强电源灵活调峰和精准预测能力、建设坚强主干网络和主动配电网络,培育用户资源和市场机制,构建适应新能源快速发展的新型电力系统。
<<At present,the proportion of installed capacity of new energy in Fujian Province is low. With the large-scale development of new energy,its volatility and randomness will also bring challenges to the safety the power system. Germany has made efforts to adapt to the rapid development of new energy from the sides of source,grid and load. Germany makes full use of flexible power supply and improves forecast accuracy to ensure electricity supply stability. Large-scale resource allocation and intelligent sensing control are used to improve the reliability of the grid. Controllable resources is used to improve the flexibility of load. The experience is valuable for Fujian Province to construct New Type Power System.
