研究产品碳足迹能够帮助企业制定有效的碳减排方案,有助于推动企业实现绿色转型。评价标准方面,国外起步较早,已有成熟应用的产品碳足迹评价标准;中国已发布产品碳足迹相关行业标准、地方标准和团体标准,但标准中涉及的产品种类有限。评价流程方面,国内外产品碳足迹评价流程基本一致,主要包括确定评价目标、碳足迹核算、分析与改进三大步骤。应用方面,国外产品碳足迹发展较为成熟;国内产品碳足迹还处于试点阶段,总体普及度不高,核算规则与监督监管有待进一步完善。为推动福建省产品碳足迹的发展应用,建议建立健全产品碳足迹标准体系,夯实和完善产品碳足迹评价及监督体系,试点推广产品碳标签应用。
<<Studying the product carbon footprint can help enterprises to formulate effective carbon emission reduction plans,contributing to the achievement of green transformation. In terms of evaluation standards,there are already mature and applied product carbon footprint evaluation standards in foreign countries with an early start,while China has released industry standards,local standards and group standards related to product carbon footprint with limited types of products. In terms of evaluation process,the product carbon footprint evaluation process at home and abroad is basically the same,mainly including three steps:determination of evaluation goals,carbon footprint accounting,analysis and improvement. In terms of application,the development of product carbon footprint abroad is relatively mature,while domestic product carbon footprint is still in the pilot stage with overall low popularity and accounting rules and supervision to be further improved. In order to promote the development and application of product carbon footprint in Fujian Province,it is recommended to establish and improve the product carbon footprint standard system,consolidate and improve the evaluation and supervision system for product carbon footprint,and pilot to promote the application of product carbon label.
