能源领域、工业领域和交通运输领域是碳排放的三大来源,各领域内低碳技术的发展与应用是实现碳达峰碳中和的关键。能源领域,风电、光伏、核电、生物质发电等清洁能源技术发展迅速。2021年福建省风电装机规模达到735万千瓦,同比增长51。2%;光伏装机达277万千瓦,同比增长36。9%;核电装机规模达到986万千瓦,同比增长13。2%。工业领域,钢铁行业直接还原炼铁技术和电弧炉炼钢技术迅速发展;有色金属行业无碳电解铝技术、旋浮冶炼技术、有色金属回收再生技术持续迭代;石化化工行业原油蒸汽裂解技术、变换气制碱技术等引领流程工艺创新;建材行业水泥窑协同处置废弃物技术,原料替代技术,节能工艺改造技术以及碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)技术促进了水泥生产过程节能降碳。交通领域,动力电池技术的发展和充电设施的完善推动新能源车渗透率的提升,港口岸电技术和电池动力技术的发展促使新能源船逐步得到应用;电力机车技术领跑全球且在国内应用广泛。在国家深入推进碳达峰碳中和目标的背景下,预计2022年福建省清洁能源供给比例将持续提升,工业节能降耗技术将成为发展重点,新能源交通工具将得到广泛应用。
<<Energy,industry and transportation are the three major sources of carbon emissions. The development and application of low-carbon technologies in various fields are the key to achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality. In the field of energy,clean energy technologies such as wind power,photovoltaic(PV),nuclear power and biomass power generation have developed rapidly. In 2021,the installed capacity of wind power in Fujian Province reached 7.35 million kW,with a year-on-year growth of 51.2%;the installed capacity of PV reached 2.77 million kW,with a year-on-year growth of 36.9%;the installed capacity of nuclear power reached 9.86 million kW,with a year-on-year growth of 13.2%. In the industrial field,direct reduction ironmaking technology and electric arc furnace steelmaking technology in the iron and steel industry have developed rapidly;carbon-free electrolytic aluminum technology,rotary floating smelting technology and nonferrous metal recovery and recycling technology in the nonferrous metal industry continue to iterate;technologies such as crude oil steam cracking technology and shift gas alkali production technology in petrochemical and chemical industry lead process innovation;collaborative waste disposal technology of cement kiln,raw material substitution technology,energy-saving process transformation technology and carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)technology in the building materials industry have promoted energy conservation and carbon reduction in the cement production process. In the field of transportation,the development of power battery technology and the improvement of charging facilities promote the penetration rate of new energy vehicles and the development of port shore power technology and battery power technology promote the gradual application of new energy ships;electric locomotive technology takes the leadingposition in the world and is widely used in China. In the context of the nationwide in-depth promotion of the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,it is expected that the proportion of clean energy supply in Fujian Province will continue to increase in 2022,industrial energy-saving and consumption-reduction technologies will become the key point of development,and new energy vehicles will be widely used.
