为实现医共体医疗服务整体的共同发展,以提升医共体内部质量安全和基层医疗机构服务能力为目标,真正利用龙头医院的综合运管能力,用“造血”方式切实提升基层医疗机构服务能力,也为今后实施医共体医保统一支付改革、优化分级诊疗打好坚实基础,本文围绕国家对医共体建设“责任共同体、管理共同体、服务共同体、利益共同体”的要求,阐述江阴市人民医院依据基层医院特点和需求,进行个性化、目标化推进,依据RCA、PDCA、OKR等质量管理工具,构建同质化质管平台的实践。
