Under the background of the promotion of private medical service by the government，the number of private hospitals has been increasing，and private medical service has become an important force of medical service. As an important part of China’s medical and health service system，private medical services are of great significance in meeting the diverse and multi-level needs of the people for medical and health services. This report aims to track the development and change of private hospitals from the perspectives of regional distribution，change trend and origin type by analyzing the list of private hospitals. The analysis shows that the strong are getting stronger and the weak are getting weaker. Tertiary hospitals and general hospitals play a dominant role in the ranking，and the comprehensive strength of head hospitals is constantly improving.
