This report analyzes the regional distribution and some ranking indicators of the top 80 hospitals for translational Medicine in 2022. It found that the landing is the maximum number of institutions in Shanghai and Beijing （17），followed by Guangdong （8），80-strong hospital region have a more prosperous economic development，medical equipment，or drug manufacturer，high quality medical schools and other characteristics，can for the hospital scientific research and personnel training，project cooperation，support transformation of scientific research achievements，etc. From the ranking index，the number of hospital invention patent authorization increased in recent three years. High-quality personnel allocation，difficult research projects and results showed great differences with the ranking of the list，indicating a large gap in translational medicine research capacity among the top 80 hospitals. Most of the top 80 hospitals are affiliated to universities and have close exchanges with universities in terms of translational medicine research platform construction and project cooperation. This report lists typical cases of translational medicine research in hospitals，in order to provide reference for the cooperation model of hospitals，universities and enterprises，integrate multiple resources and advantages，improve the commercialization rate of research results，and apply them to the clinical benefit of patients.
