The development status of smart hospitals is comprehensively evaluated from the HIC double horizontal and double vertical evaluation matrix of smart hospitals developed by GAHA. From the HIC ranking of smart hospitals in 2022，it can be seen that the development prospect of smart hospitals includes the long-term impact of time-free medical treatment，blockchain and meta-universe technology on the wisdom of hospitals. As the main provider of key technologies in smart medical care，MIT will face significant changes and transformation with the rapid growth of the smart medical market demand and the rapid expansion of the scale，as well as the guidance and support of industry policies. By reviewing the policy environment of smart medical care in recent years and analyzing the intelligent development level of medical enterprise MIT，it provides decision-making basis for participants in the construction of smart medical ecosystem.
