2022年4月，监管部门下发《关于调整信托业务分类有关事项的通知（征求意见稿）》，将信托业务分为资产管理信托、资产服务信托、公益/慈善信托三大类，体现了当前信托行业监管思路，并为行业未来的发展指明了方向。本文从监管文件内容出发，探讨了当前信托行业转型逻辑，并对监管文件中提到的相关问题进行尝试性回答，在此基础上判断信托行业将要发生的变化，并对当前信托公司的转型发展提出建议，即进一步强化升级资产管理信托业务发展逻辑；进一步推动资产服务信托业务广度发展；进一步推动财富管理服务信托业务纵深发展。
<<CBRC issued the “Notice on Adjusting the Classification of Trust Business” （draft for Comments） in April 2022，which divides the trust business into three categories：Asset Management Trust，Asset Service Trust and Public trust （Charitable Trusts），which reflects the current regulatory thinking of trust industry and points out the direction for the industry in the future. Based on the content of the regulatory documents，this paper discusses the industry transformation logic and tries to answer the relevant questions of the industry regulated by the documents. Finally，this paper judges the future changes of trust industry and puts forward suggestions for the transformation and development of current trust companies.
