本报告基于2016~2020年我国科普统计数据,对“十三五”时期我国青少年科普活动,科普讲座、展览和培训,以及高校、科研院所等团体开展科普活动的情况进行分析梳理,从活动规模、特征、地区差异和典型案例等维度进行比较研究。结果显示,“十三五”时期我国科普活动的发展情况总体向好,在活动覆盖面、类型丰富度、信息化技术应用和活动效果等方面有较大提升。但同时,科普活动中仍存在东中西部发展不均衡的问题,且出现了部分类型科普活动举办次数和参与人数下降的新情况。对此,本报告提出应从推动针对性强的科普活动、推动资源共享缩小区域差距、增强大型品牌科普活动影响力等方面加强建设,为“十四五”时期科普活动开展提供可行性建议。
<<Based on the statistical data of the national science popilarization from 2016 to 2020,the report analyzed and sorted out the science popularization activities of teenagers,the science popularization lectures,exhibitions and trainings,the science popularization activities carried out by institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Moreover,the scale of science popularization activities,characteristics,regional differences and typical cases were compared. Consequently,on the basis of the aforementioned results,the development of science popularization activities in China since the 13th Five-Year Plan were raised,with great improvement in coverage,type richness,application of information technology and effect of activities. But at the same time,there was still the problem of unbalanced development in the east,the middle and the west,and the number of certain kinds of science popularization activities and the number of people participating in had decreased. Correspondingly,the report suggested that we should strengthen the construction from the aspects of promoting targeted science popularization activities,promoting resource sharing,narrowing the regional gap and enhancing the influence of large-scale brand science popularization activities,so as to provide feasible solutions for the development of science popularization activities suggestions during the 14th Five Year Plan period.
