“十三五”时期,南京市各级各类教师教育建设和发展取得了丰硕的成果,教师队伍规模、教师队伍结构、教师队伍整体素养水平以及管理体制机制等方面都得到了进一步优化、改善和提升,但仍存在一些不足和挑战。“十四五”时期,南京市应以打造高素质专业化创新型教师队伍为目标,进一步提升教师队伍现代化水平。为此,应振兴教师教育,多渠道扩充、优化师资队伍;逐步提升教师思想政治素质和师德水平;稳步推进教师的专业发展;深化教师管理制度综合改革,推进教师队伍管理体系现代化;进一步提升教师社会地位,提高教师待遇,增强教师职业吸引力。
<<During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,Nanjing has achieved fruitful achievements in the construction and development of teacher education at all levels. The scale,structure,overall quality and management system of teachers have been further optimized,improved and promoted,but there are still some deficiencies and challenges. Facing the “14th Five-year Plan”,Nanjing should take creating high-quality professional innovative teachers as the goal and further improve the modernization level of teachers. Therefore,we should revitalize teacher education,expand and optimize the source of teachers through multiple channels. To further improve the ideological and political quality of teachers and the level of ethics;To further improve teachers’ professional level,innovation consciousness and innovation ability;We will deepen comprehensive reform of the management system for teachers and modernize the management system and capacity for teachers. Further enhance the social status of teachers,improve the treatment of teachers,make teachers more attractive.
