教师教育作为推动教育事业发展的工作母机,是促进普通高中教师队伍专业化发展、提升教育质量的基础和保障。自改革开放以来,我国普通高中教师教育发展主要经历了初步建立、扩展完善、结构优化和内涵充实四个阶段。当前普通高中教师队伍规模不断扩大、各项结构趋向合理,职前培养模式和课程设置逐渐完善,职后培训体系也日益成熟。但高中教师教育也面临着职前培养与新高考要求不相适应,职后培训难以满足基本需求,培训内容和形式有待优化等挑战,建议从优化教师职前培养内容、创新“分离式”培养体制、完善教师职后培训制度、提升教师应对新形势的能力等方面综合施策。
<<Teacher education,as the working machine for promoting the development of education,is the foundation and guarantee for promoting the professional development of ordinary high school teachers and improving the quality of education. Since the reform and opening up,the development of ordinary high school teacher education in China has experienced four stages:preliminary establishment stage,the expansion and improvement stage,the structural optimization stage,and the connotation enrichment stage. At present,the total size of the ordinary high school teacher team is constantly expanding,and the various structures tend to be reasonable. The pre-service training mode and curriculum are gradually improved,and the post-service training system is also increasingly mature. In order to solve the problems that the professional quality of pre-service training of teachers does not meet the requirements of the New College Entrance Examination reform,the post-service training is difficult to meet the basic needs of teachers,and the training content and form need to be optimized,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of teacher education. It is recommended to optimize teachers’ pre-service training content,innovate the separate training system;improve the on-the-job training system for teachers,and improve their ability to deal with new situations.
