    中国义务教育教师教育发展报告(2022)

    摘要

    进入21世纪以来,一系列重要国家教育政策文件的颁布决定了当代我国义务教育教师教育事业的基本格局。在职前教师培养上,我国师范教育在体制、队伍、课程、教学与评价等方面独具特色,着力推进教师教育课程建设、教学改进与评价改革是其历史性特征;在职后教师培训上,我国形成了符合国情的教师培训体制、队伍、内容、方式与评价样态,适应了大国办大教育、好教育的客观要求。当前,我国义务教育教师教育事业发展正面临一体化建设进程缓慢、职前教师培养能力建设滞后、职后教师培训工作效能不彰等挑战,客观上决定了新时代我国义务教育教师教育改革的方向:推进教师教育治理体系与治理能力现代化、完善能力本位型卓越教师培养体系、建立教师培训工作新机制、加快教师教育者队伍专业化建设、深入实施面向智能化的教师教育改革工程。

    Abstract

    Teacher education at the stage of compulsory education in China originated in modern times,and has gone through several development stages of initial construction,development and reform. Since the beginning of the new century,the promulgation of a series of important national education policy documents has determined the basic pattern of teacher education at the stage of compulsory education in contemporary my country. In pre-service teacher education,our country’s teacher education system,team,curriculum,teaching and evaluation have unique characteristics,and it is a historical feature to focus on promoting teacher education curriculum construction,teaching improvement and evaluation reform;in post-service teacher training,my country’s formed a teacher training work system,team,content,method and evaluation mode in line with national conditions,and adapted to the objective requirements of a big country running a large education and a good education. At present,the development of teacher education in my country’s compulsory education stage is facing challenges such as the slow process of integration construction,the lag in pre-service teacher training capacity building,and the ineffectiveness of teacher training work,which objectively determines the direction of my country’s future teacher education reform in the new era:promoting the modernization of the teacher education governance system and governance capacity,improving the ability-based excellent teacher training system,establishing a new teacher training mechanism,accelerating the professional construction of teacher educators,and deeply implementing the reform project for intelligent teacher education.
