    广州市基础教育设施发展水平评估与优化建议

    摘要

    党的十九大提出要优先发展教育事业,加快教育现代化,办好人民满意的教育。“十四五”时期是广州市进一步完善公共教育服务体系,奋力开创教育高质量发展新局面的机遇期。广州市教育需要适应新要求、直面新挑战、抢抓新机遇,加快构建高质量教育体系,推进教育现代化。根据国内外先进经验,探索建立基础教育设施发展水平评估体系,从多维度评价广州市基础教育设施发展成就与存在问题。近年来,广州市基础教育设施发展取得了一定的成就,但仍面临人口结构变化快、生均校舍资源低、设施布局不均等挑战与问题。针对上述问题,按照新时期教育设施发展特征,为广州市基础教育设施发展提出新思路,助力广州市教育事业高质量发展。

    Abstract

    The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to give priority to the development of education,accelerate the modernization of education and do a good job in education that the people are satisfied with. The “14th Five-Year Plan” period is an opportunity period for Guangzhou to further improve the public education service system and strive to create a new situation of high-quality education development. Guangzhou education needs to adapt to new requirements,face new challenges,seize new opportunities,accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system,and promote the modernization of education.

    Based on advanced experience at home and abroad,this study systematically established an evaluation system for the development level of basic education facilities,and evaluated the development status,problems and achievements of basic education facilities in Guangzhou from multiple dimensions. However,it still faces challenges and problems such as rapid demographic changes,low school building resources per student,and uneven facility layout. In response to the above problems,according to the development characteristics of educational facilities in the new period,new ideas for the development of basic educational facilities in Guangzhou during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period are put forward to provide strong support for the “14th Five-Year Plan” for the development of the city’s education industry.
