为评估广州市普通高中拔尖创新人才培养项目的实施效果,评估组围绕学生自主报告整体感受、课程参与、师生互动、满意度等方面进行抽样调查。结果发现,参与学生对学校整体感受方面的评分显著高于未参与学生,且表现出更高的课程参与水平、师生互动水平,对学校拔尖创新人才培养项目的满意度也更高。同时,影响项目效果的要素包括学校提供课程和资源的丰富性和灵活度、项目对学生兴趣特长和创新能力等个性化发展需求的满足程度、教师的综合素养。为此,建议广州市有序扩大普通高中拔尖创新人才培养对象范围、营造良好的创新人才培养氛围、提升教师胜任力、丰富课程体系,以进一步促进创新人才培养。
<<In order to evaluate the effect of Top Innovative Talents Cultivation Project in Guangzhou regular senior secondary schools,the project team conducted a sample survey around the overall feelings of students’ independent reports,course participation,teacher-student interaction and satisfaction. It is found that the participating students’ scores on the overall feelings of the school were significantly higher than those of the non-participating students,and the participating students showed a higher level of curriculum participation,teacher-student interaction and satisfaction. At the same time,the factors that affected the effect of the project include the richness and flexibility of the courses and resources provided by schools,the satisfaction of the project to the individualized development needs such as students’ interests and innovative ability,and the comprehensive quality of teachers. It is suggested that Guangzhou regular senior secondary schools should expand the scope of training top innovative talents in an orderly manner,create a good atmosphere for training innovative talents,enhance teachers’ competence and enrich curriculum system,so as to further promote the cultivation effect of innovative talents.
