    广州市中职学校教师专业能力调查研究

    摘要

    根据教师专业发展的复杂性,将中职教师的专业能力分为约束的专业能力、扩展的专业能力和发展的专业能力三方面九个维度。通过对广州市中职学校专业课教师专业能力的调查发现,广州市中职教师专业能力整体处于较高水平,但实践指导能力略显不足、社会服务能力相对欠缺、自主发展能力存在偏差;中职学校教师专业能力在“双师型”教师与否和年龄两方面无显著差异,在有无实践工作经历等方面存在显著差异;中职教师的自我职业发展满意度一般,与其各项专业能力呈正相关。据此建议,广州市要加强校企合作师资培训体系建设,提高中职教师实践指导能力;完善教师社会服务管理与激励机制,增强中职教师的社会服务能力;增加教师专业实践自主权,激发中职教师自主发展能力;加强中职教师资格认证标准研究,研制市级“双师型”教师标准。

    Abstract

    According to the complexity of teachers’ professional development,the professional ability of secondary vocational school teachers is divided into three aspects:constrained professional ability,expanded professional ability and developed professional ability. Through the investigation of teachers’ professional ability is carried out for professional teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou,it is found that the professional ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou is at a high level as a whole,but the practical guidance ability is slightly insufficient,the social service ability is relatively deficient,and the independent development ability is deviated. There is no significant difference in the professional ability of secondary vocational school teachers in “double-qualified” teachers and age,but there are significant differences in whether they have practical work experience or not. Secondary vocational school teachers’ self-career development satisfaction is average,which is positively correlated with their professional abilities. Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the construction of teacher training system of school enterprise cooperation and improve the practical guidance ability of secondary vocational teachers;Improve the management and incentive mechanism of teachers’ social service,and enhance the social service ability of secondary vocational teachers;Increase the autonomy of teachers’ professional practice and stimulate the independent development ability of secondary vocational teachers;Strengthen the research on the qualification certification standards of secondary vocational teachers,and develop the municipal “double qualified” teacher standards.
