本报告以国家颁布的《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》为依据,抽样调查了广州市763所中小学的22945名中小学教师的信息技术应用能力发展现状。调查结果表明:中小学教师信息技术应用能力总体上处于中等水平,但各维度发展不均衡,教师的学历、职称、年龄、学段以及城乡差异对中小学教师信息技术应用能力的影响极其显著。建议坚持标准引领,构建智慧学习支持环境,综合考虑不同教师群体的发展需求,提高信息化教学研训的实效性,全面提升中小学教师的信息技术应用能力。
<<Based on the “Standards of Information Technology Application Ability for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Trial)” promulgated by the state,a sample survey was conducted on the teaching ability status of 22,945 teachers in 763 primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou. The results of the survey show that the information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers is generally at a moderate level,and there are significant differences among different groups of teachers. The age,education,professional title,professional background,and urban and rural areas of teachers have an extremely significant impact on the ability of primary and secondary school teachers to apply information technology. It is recommended to adhere to standard guidance,build a smart learning support environment,comprehensively consider the development needs of different teacher groups,improve the effectiveness of information-based teaching research and training,and comprehensively improve the information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers.
