    2021年广州中等职业教育发展状况与2022年展望

    摘要

    2021年,广州市以提质培优、强化服务能力为出发点,继续深化专业内涵建设、完善合作平台机制、探索“岗课赛证”融通、推动财政事权改革,中等职业学校规模进一步扩大,教师队伍结构进一步优化,办学条件因学生规模增长迅速略有下降。与京沪深杭四市相比,广州市中等职业学校在校生规模最大,师资配备处于中等水平,办学条件居后。为提高广州市中等职业教育办学质量,提升职业教育整体社会形象,要强化制度引领,提高政策供给有效性;加强政企校合作,全面改善办学条件;深化中高职一体化培养,提高技能人才培养质量;继续以项目改革为抓手,突出广州中职学校品牌特色。

    Abstract

    With the aim of improving quality and enhancing service ability,Guangzhou continued to deepen the professional connotation construction,improve the cooperation platform mechanism,explore the integration of posts,courses,competitions and certificates,and promote the reform of financial affairs in 2021. The scale of secondary vocational schools was further expanded,the structure of teachers was further optimized,and the conditions for running schools declined slightly due to the rapid growth of students. Compared with Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and Hangzhou,secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou have the largest number of students,a medium level of teachers,and lower school conditions. In order to improve the quality of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou and the overall social image of vocational education,it is necessary to strengthen the system guidance and improve the effectiveness of policy supply;Strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise,and comprehensively improve the conditions for running schools;Deepen the integrated training of secondary and higher vocational education and improve the quality of skilled personnel training;Continue to take the project reform as the starting point and highlight the characteristic brands of Guangzhou secondary vocational schools.
