The master plan for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle clearly puts forward that the radiation of the twin city economic circle should drive the global overall development of Sichuan and Chongqing provinces and cities. In order to explore the path of Sichuan Chongqing development driven by the radiation of the twin city economic circle，this report analyzes the favorable conditions and important challenges faced for the radiation of Chengdu Chongqing twin city economic circle to drive the development of the global region. In the future，This report puts forward four suggestions. First，optimize the spatial layout of Chengdu Chongqing double city economic circle，build two lighthouse cities of Chengdu and Chongqing，and strengthen the radiation source；Second，promote the free flow of factors，improve transportation infrastructure and unblock radiation channels；Third，strengthen the construction of sub centers and key zones，and consolidate the foundation of point to area radiation. Fourth，optimize the population in the region and orderly guide the flow of people outside the circle to the inside of the circle.
