中共中央、国务院印发的《成渝地区双城经济圈建设规划纲要》提出推动成渝地区双城经济圈教育一体化发展。为了解两地教育协同情况,本报告选取了两地高等教育、职业教育、义务教育、学前教育、教师队伍建设等方面的基础数据和不同历史时期教育协同的情况进行分析。研究发现,成渝地区双城经济圈教育协同发展面临政策红利、人民期待、科技赋能等机遇,但也存在行政分离导致融合难、协同的形式较为单一、协同的理念还有待加强、与经济发展协同度不高等现实挑战。未来,本报告建议要通过强化教育协同理念、突出双核带动、增强教育协同保障等举措,推动成渝地区双城经济圈教育一体化发展。
<<The Outline of the Construction Plan for the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council proposes to promote the integrated development of education in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. In order to understand the cooperation in education between the two places,this report selects the basic data of Higher Education,vocational education,compulsory education,preschool education,teacher team construction and other aspects of the two places and analyzes the educational synergy in different historical periods. The study found that the coordinated development of education in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle faces opportunities such as policy dividends,people’s expectations,and technological empowerment. However,there are alsorealistic challenges,such us administrative separations that make integration difficult,the form of coordination is relatively simple,and the concept of collaboration needs to be strengthened,poor coordination with economic development,and so on. In the future,this report proposes to promote the integrated development of education in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle by strengthening the concept of educational synergy,highlighting the dual-core drive,and enhancing educational synergy guarantees.
