Based on the ten-year practice of Sanming medical reform，this paper focuses on the analysis of Sanming’s achievements in the medicine field，medical insurance field，medical field and comprehensive medical reform，and uses the AMI comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate it. The main conclusion is that Sanming medical reform is a reform with remarkable achievements，correct direction and beneficial to the people，hospitals，doctors and the government. This paper believes that based on the needs of the “new era”，Sanming medical reform should continue to deepen vertically and promote horizontally，so as to set a benchmark for promoting the deepening of the national medical reform and the upgrading of the national health security system.
