Due to the increasing influence of the sever major power competition within the region，the situation of the Asia-Pacific region in 2020 has represented securitized in a mufti-faceted manner. Economic and social development gap among countries were getting wider，and confrontations in terms of ideologies and values were becoming even tense between the East and the West. Even though considerable progress has been achieved，weakness and fragility are still noticeable since the absence of abundant regional cooperation mechanisms. Faced with the increasing stress by the U.S. in China’s neighboring sphere，together with the provocative actions taken by India in the bordering area，China has taken flexible and targeted measures in dealing with these crises，and also promoted its relations with other neighboring countries under the framework of the Belt and Road on the basis of cooperation featuring mutual-benefit. What’s more，in order to further expand its international influence，maintain a positive international character，and fulfill its responsibility as a major power in the international community，China also made new attempts in the aspect of international discourse power competition，through speaking out for fairness and justice in the global arena. For China-U.S. relations，it is expected to see that，since Biden Administration taking the office，the agendas，formats and internal power distributions of China-U.S. competitions in the Asia-Pacific region will be greatly transformed. In the foreseeable future，the U.S. side will be more focused on multilateral stages in competing with China；instead of merely economic competition，the Biden Administration will also highlight other topics in its competition with China，such as international mechanism and norms，universal values，and so on. To a large extent，such transformation will challenge the achievements and progress made by China in managing its relationships with neighboring countries.
