The Federation of Trade Unions of Runan County，Henan Province implements the Opinions of All-China Federation of Trade Unions on Effectively Safeguarding the Labor Security Rights and Interests of Workers in the New Employment Form，with a focus on maintenacing workers’ labor remuneration and labor security rights and interests of truck driver industry. The federation and workers’ congresses actively work with the local industry associations，head enterprises or enterprise representative organizations and negotiate on minimum wage standard，overtime pay，wage planning and payment methods，pay time，protection of the special rights and interests of female workers and other commonly concerned issues. Special Collective Contract for Wages and the Special Collective Contract for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Female Workers are signed to regulate new forms of employment. The county tripartite Committee for coordinating labor relations and the representatives of workers of new forms of business were invited to observe and witness the meeting.
