青年是经济社会发展的见证者、受益者和中华民族伟大复兴的参与者、推动者,在当前“招聘难”与“就业难”并存的社会背景下,深入研究广大青年的就业结构与薪酬水平,是促进更加充分和更高质量就业的工作基础和客观要求。本报告以上海就业登记、社保缴费等大数据资源为基础,研究上海青年的就业结构与薪酬水平。研究发现,上海青年就业人员为劳动力市场贡献了半壁江山,总体素质不断提升、性别比例趋于平衡,“白领化”就业观念盛行,月薪水平相对较高、增速较快,就业满意度较高。从未来发展趋势来看,仍需建立健全定期监测青年就业结构与薪酬水平的制度安排,持续完善青年收入调节机制,正确引导和调节青年就业观念。
<<Youths are the witnesses,beneficiaries of economic and social development and the participants and promoters of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Under the current social background of “difficult recruitment” and “difficult employment”,taking an deeper research on the employment structure and salary level of young people is the working basis and objective requirement to promote more sufficient and higher quality employment. Based on big data resources such as employment registration and social security payment in Shanghai,this report studies the employment structure and salary level of young people aged 16-35 in Shanghai. According to the study,Shanghai’s young workers take a half of the work force in the labor market. Their overall quality improves consistently,the gender ratio tends to balance,the concept of “white-collar” employment becomes popular,their monthly salary is relatively high and its growth is fast,and their job satisfaction is high too. From the perspective of the future development trend,it is still necessary to establish and improve the regular monitoring institution of youth employment structure and salary level,continue to improve the youth income regulation mechanism,and guide and regulate the employment concept of young people correctly.
