本报告从行业工资收入差距与行业特征、经济社会发展的关系角度出发,构建行业工资收入差距合理性的评价体系框架,并从宏观层面、中观层面构建具体评价指标体系,采用多种测算方法综合评价当前我国行业工资收入差距的适度性和合理性。结果表明,我国行业工资收入差距与经济社会发展的协调程度还有很大的提升空间,并且金融业的工资收入差距合理性评分最高,住宿和餐饮业合理性评分最低。最后,从推动产权制度改革、完善社会保障体系、加强分配制度体系建设、提高劳动者素质等方面提出了调控行业工资收入差距的相关政策建议。
<<From the perspective of the relationship between industry wage income gap,industry characteristics,and economic and social development,this report builds an evaluation system framework for the rationality of industry wage income gap,and constructs specific evaluation index systems from both the macro and micro levels,using different methods,to comprehensively evaluate the appropriateness and rationality of current industry wage income gap in China. The results show that there is still a lot of room for improvement in the coordination between industry wage income gap and economic and social development,and the financial industry gets the highest rationality score for the wage income gap,and the accommodation and catering industry has the lowest. Finally,it puts forward relevant policy suggestions for regulating the industry wage income gap from the aspects of promoting the reform of property rights system,improving the social security system,strengthening the construction of the distribution system,and improving the quality of laborers.
