本报告根据我国部分城市公开发布的企业薪酬调查数据,对相应城市的人工成本水平、人工成本构成、人工成本效益进行了分析。报告最后提出了对策建议,具体包括:推动制造业高质量稳定发展;进一步加强对住宿和餐饮业等劳动密集型行业企业的政策倾斜;进一步发挥中心城市或城市群的作用,优化资源配置,缩小地区间、行业间差距;鼓励企业加大教育培训投入力度;引导企业合理支出劳动保护费用。
<<This report analyzes the level of labor cost,labor cost structure and labor cost effectiveness of the corresponding cities according to the salary survey data released by some China’s cities. It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including:promote high-quality and stable development of manufacturing industry;further increase policy preference for labor-intensive industries such as accommodation and catering;further leverage the role of central cities or city clusters,optimize resource allocation,and narrow interregional and interindustry gaps;encourage enterprises to increase investment in education expense and invest reasonably in occupational safety and health.
