As of 2021，China’s A-share listed companies have implemented equity incentives for 15 years. Especially since the CSRC officially issued the Administrative Measures for Equity Incentives for Listed Companies in 2016，the practice of equity incentives for A-share listed companies has entered an active period. Based on the above-mentioned policy timings，this report selects the incentive plans announced by domestic A-share listed companies from 2017 to 2021 as the main research objects，and tries to comprehensively show the development of equity incentive of China’s listed companies in recent years through major methods such as policy analysis and data analysis. On the whole，the equity incentive policy system of listed companies in China is increasingly improved，and the practice is becoming more abundant，which can provide experience and reference for various types of enterprises to carry out medium and long-term incentives.
