本次调查依据《中国爱生学校标准(试行)》中的全纳与平等,有效的教与学,参与与和谐,安全、健康与保护四个维度编制调查工具,以了解当下我国内地东中西部中小学校尊重与保护儿童权利的状况。调查结果显示我国各区域中小学校在尊重和保护儿童权利方面存在一定差异,且当前中小学在儿童权利保护方面尚存在各种问题。基于此,本研究提出了包括学校评估、保护学生身心健康、校长与教师专业发展和加强家、校与社区合作等方面的多项政策建议。
<<In order to understand the current situation of respecting and protecting children’s rights in primary and secondary schools in the east,middle and west of China’s mainland,this survey is designed based on the requirements of “inclusion and equality,effective teaching and learning,participation and harmony,safety and health” clarified by the Ministry of Education in the “Standards for Child-Friendly Schools”. The survey reveals some differences across the regions and points out various problems in protecting children’s rights. Furthermore,this paper puts forward several policy suggestions,such as improving school evaluation,protecting students’ physical and mental health,enhancing professional development of principals and teachers,and strengthening the cooperation among families,schools and communities.
