乡村教师生存状况调查结果表明,乡村教师中,部分教师的工作任务较重,大部分老师有“累”的感觉;不少教师的职业归属感不强,专业发展有“迷”的茫然;少数教师家庭经济压力较大,生活条件有“苦”的无奈;教师与家长的关系日趋复杂,与村民的交往有“疏”的趋向;乡村教师的健康问题未引起足够重视,身心健康有“差”的隐忧。针对这种现状,还需要进一步落实各项待遇政策,推动乡村组织参与学校治理,改进乡村教师队伍管理,引导全社会尊师重教,激发乡村教师专业发展内生动力,完善乡村教师供给机制,加强监督问责。
<<A survey on the survival status of rural teachers shows that first,some teachers have heavy tasks and most feel fatigued. Second,many teachers do not have a strong sense of professional belonging and are at a loss about their professional prospect. Third,a small number of teachers get quite a lot of financial pressure from family. Fourth,the relationship between teachers and parents is becoming more and more complicated and teachers tend to be alienated from villagers. Besides,the health problems of rural teachers have not caught enough attention with a risk of worsening physical and mental health. In this context,it is necessary to further implement various treatment policies,promote the participation of local organizations in school governance and improve the management of teaching staff. Moreover,advocating the ethos of respecting teachers and valuing education in society,stimulating the endogenous motivation of rural teachers’ professional development,and improving the supply mechanism of teachers in rural areas,as well as strengthening supervision and accountability should also be emphasized.
