本研究首先回顾我国教育信息化的政策支持和简要发展历程,从三个不同水平的学校案例入手,分析其推进信息化并取得较为理想效果的实践特征和经验启示,从促进教育本质发展的意义上讨论教育信息化对于不同能力水平的学校提升质量、促进教育现代化的作用机制。最后本文对学校开展教育信息化的工作进行反思和建议,提出关注学习者的主体性,以信息技术建设推动教学方式和课程设计的系统优化,并将信息技术代表的公共性、参与性文化融入学校管理体制创新。
<<First,to review the policy support and general development of education informatization in China,this study focuses on three cases of schools at different levels,analyzing the practical characteristics and experience of promoting informatization and achieving ideal results. From the perspective of promoting the essence of education,it discusses the role and mechanism of education informatization in improving the quality and advancing modernization of schools with different levels of ability. Finally,reflecting on the process of education informatization in schools,this paper proposes to stress the subjectivity of learners,promote the systematic optimization of teaching methods and curriculum design through the application of information technology,and integrate the publicity and participatory culture represented by information technology into the school management system innovation.
