Through the analysis of the impact of the pandemic situation on Chinese international education in 2020，this paper makes a trend analysis and prejudgment on the development of the international education industry after the pandemic. This paper divides Chinese international education into the following industries：1）oversea studying 2）domestic and international education，including domestic international schools，language training institutions and so on. In view of the impact of the epidemic on studying abroad，this paper mainly analyzes and interprets the impact of the epidemic on the application and study of overseas universities for high school graduates in 2020，and the impact of the newly issued series of policies on Chinese international students. In view of the impact of the epidemic situation on Chinese international education，this paper analyzes and interprets the impact of the pandemic situation on domestic international schools and the foreign language training institutions. Finally，the application data of 2020-2021 application season and the development of domestic international schools in 2020 predict the future development of international education in China. Although the entire industry of studying abroad and training has been damaged by the pandemic，it is undeniable that the pandemic has been gradually controlled，and international education in China will continue to play the role as a domestic education supporter，providing students with diverse options for further studies.
