<<Under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals,Beijing Tiantan Hospital has opened the third transformation development road for building a world-class innovative hospital in the face of new opportunities to promote hospital development in the era of human “Brain Project” and the new situation of increasingly fierce competition in domestic neuroscience.Through a series of measures such as building a discipline strategy platform by the national strategic force of clinical neurology,strengthening hospital talent strategy,and building a smart operation management platform,both neurology and neurosurgery have been ranked first for five consecutive years in the Science and Technology Evaluation Metrics(STEM)of the Chinese Hospital.The performance at the top of the list has achieved remarkable results in medical services,scientific research and achievement transformation.The practical experience of Tiantan Hospital shows that the high-quality development of large tertiary hospitals should always adhere to the “President’s responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee”,improve the modern hospital management system,and strengthen the hospital’s governance capabilities;improve the quality of medical services through the implementation of refined hospital management;build a talent team by implementing the hospital’s strategic human resource management;lead the hospital’s transformation and development by building a scientific and technological innovation system.
