<<As an important component of deepen reform of medicine and healthcare system,medical insurance payment works as an important lever to regulate hospital management and medical service behavior and to guide the allocation of medical resources.It is no longer a simple payer,but a strategic buyer,which aims to purchase valuable medical service.This report introduces the reform progress action plans of DRG and DIP,and explains key content such as relevant connotative characteristics,core elements,and implementation points.The report analyzes specific requirements for the quality of basic data,the construction and maintenance of information systems,internal management,clinical departments and team building in order to carry out DRG and DIP payment mode reform in medical institutions.The report also elaborates the impact of payment method reform on the internal operation management of medical institutions,clinical pathway management,clinical discipline development,establishment of performance distribution mechanism,and rational use of new medical technologies.
