China’s health reform lines and principals have become clearer，the basic health policy system has initially framework，and the impact of the reform has become more extensive and far-reaching.Based on the changing of main social contradictions，this report put forward some suggestions to improve the residents’feelings by promoting the structural of supply side of health system.In the process of health system reform to achieve high-quality development，the health system should focus on public equity，coordination and integration，inclusiveness and friendliness，innovation and exploration.The basic principles and pathways include people health centered，commonweal oriented，homogenization strategy，improving basic health policy system，and building a governance mechanism with the participation of the whole people.
