2021 is the first year of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and the second centenary goal. The high-quality and innovative development of China’s foreign trade in entertainment,culture and sports services is of great significance for telling China’s story,improving the influence of Chinese culture,coping with the complex and changing international situation. In the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the policy environment of China’s entertainment,culture and sports industry continues to be optimized. In 2021,its import and export trade scale will continue to increase,and the trade deficit will also gradually decrease. However,the foundation of China’s cultural service industry is still relatively weak,and its support for entertainment,culture and sports service trade needs to be improved. The international competitiveness of enterprises in the industry and the comprehensive quality of employees also need to be further enhanced. Therefore,this report puts forward corresponding counter-measures and suggestions from the aspects of consolidating the foundation of cultural service industry,strengthening policy support,promoting talent training of cultural service trade,promoting the integration of culture,science and technology.
