近年来,随着我国高等教育改革的不断推进,高等教育管理数据信息也日益增多,传统的高等教育模式正面临着巨大挑战。本报告从我国高等教育信息化发展的背景入手,系统分析了高等教育管理领域面临的顶层设计缺失、资源共享率低、协同创新率低等问题,展示了区块链技术在我国高等教育管理领域的具体应用场景。郑州大学“厚山链”是区块链在高等教育领域应用的典型案例,主要通过应用区块链技术,解决高等教育管理中存在的信息不对称、数据难维护、用户不信任、责任难判定、数据不可信、系统难对接等问题,进而有效赋能教育管理,最大限度地实现高等教育数据生命周期管理和数据价值评估,为推动人才培养奠定了坚实可信的基石。同时,进一步介绍了基于“厚山链”建立的河南省区块链高校联盟,促进校际联盟的应用创新和生态创新。
<<In recent years,with the continuous advancement of China’s higher education reform,the data and information of higher education management are increasing,and the traditional higher education model is facing great challenges. This report starts from the development background of my country’s higher education informatization,and systematically analyzes the top-level design problems faced in the field of higher education management,low rate of resource sharing,and low rate of collaborative innovation. Taking Zhengzhou University’s “Houshan Chain” as a typical case,through the application of blockchain technology,it can solve the problems of information asymmetry,difficult data maintenance,user distrust,difficult responsibility determination,untrustworthy data,and difficult system connection in higher education management,etc. Houshan Chain effectively empowers education management,optimally realizes higher education data life cycle management and data value evaluation,and lays a solid and credible foundation for promoting the better development of talent training. This report further introduces the blockchain university alliance in Henan Province established by “Houshan Chain” to realize the application innovation and ecological innovation of the inter-school alliance.
