Xinghuo Blockchain Infrastructure Facility（Xinghuo BIF）is a “new infrastructure at the national level” oriented to the digital economy with the vision of promoting the development of industrial Internet and industrial digitization transformation，enhancing the capability of independent innovation and technological capacity building，and further improving the capability of blockchain independent innovation. The backbone node is the industry side of the Xinghuo BIF，and the ecological role in the whole system is very important. This report mainly introduces the Xinghuo BIF and the backbone nodes，focusing on the Xinghuo BIF backbone nodes（Kunshan）and Xinghuo BIF backbone nodes（Jiaozhou）as examples，explaining the construction scheme of the backbone node，the application scenarios after it is online，and summarizing the construction results of the backbone node.
