The key of dual-carbon strategy’s effective applications and implementations would be the dual-carbon data management and certification model，which shall be credible and effective. Thus，OneConnect，together with China Quality Certification Center（aka：CQC）and China Mobile，has developed “Blockchain-based Carbon Emission Data Management Platform”. With blockchain utilized as the infrastructure，firstly，the platform manages the entire data process，from data collection to data analysis；secondly，the platform collaborates with software and hardware systems such as IoT devices and existing information systems. Based on this，the platform supports a more credible carbon system，including emission data managements and carbon emission certifications. Also，the platform would be the credible basis for carbon asset management. The platform has been selected as the national “blockchain + energy” pilot，and won CAICT High-value Case Award.
