The application of consortium blockchain platform is equivalent to the many-to-many interoperation of applications based on ledger data structure. Compared with the traditional many-to-many interoperation，it requires a clearer division of labor. Based on the consortium blockchain platform，this paper studies the vertical interoperation and integration mechanism. Facing the requirements of complex scenarios，the data coupling mode based on the consortium blockchain ledger platform is studied. As the main direction of blockchain development，consortium blockchain relies on data structure specification to support the integration of the platform and application layers with other software，and information exchange. Based on this，this paper proposes the design and implementation method of the shared ledger data structure specification，and clarifies the key role of the alliance chain operation statement to support vertical interoperation and integration. In addition，this paper also puts forward the idea of building vertical interaction standards and classification standards for platforms and applications，and the division of labor strategy，which provide support for the practical application of consortium blockchain.
