Western international metropolises have accumulated certain experience in the spatial layout of international interaction center functions，which is reflected in the emphasis on creating a distinctive cultural spatial pattern and international influence，focusing on the planning of international talent community and “soft” environment construction，gathering international high-tech industries to promote the rise of new cities，and creating an efficient and convenient express rail network in the city circle. These experiences can provide some lessons for Beijing，and are of practical significance for optimizing the spatial layout of the international interaction center and forming a “forward-looking” layout.
