作为文化“走出去”的民营企业,四达时代集团(以下简称“四达”)在非洲运营十余年,通过建设数字电视基础设施以及开展网络运营与内容服务,为北京国际交往中心建设和国际传播做出了有益探索和应有贡献。本文以四达的国际传播为例,以期为更多中国文化企业的国际传播提供借鉴。

Through building digital TV infrastructure and engaging in network operation and content services,it has mad constructive exploration and due contributions to the construction of Beijing as an international center and its international communication. This article takes Star’s international communication as an example,in order to provide reference for the international communication of more Chinese cultural enterprises.
