The flourishing development of digital technology combined with the continued epidemic of the COVID-19 has accelerated the migration process of Beijing’s international exchange to the cloud. Cloud Communication reshapes international exchange’s space and scene，and then transforms it’s process and normative culture and reduces it’s cost. So it demonstrated great advantages in restoring trade exchanges，stabilizing the global capital market，maintaining the stability of the international community，and overcoming the friction and contradictions brought by the epidemic to the international community. Therefore，Beijing has used digital technology to expand new paths for construction of the international exchange center，successively created new brands such as “Science and Technology Winter Olympics” and “Smart Exhibition”，and held many online activities such as cloud forums and cloud lectures，which has further consolidating Beijing’s urban digital brand and makes cloud-based international exchange to become useful supplement to regular foreign exchange activities.
