The rapid and glorious development of international conference & exhibition industry in Beijing in the past more than 30 years has been shading some non-fair-play phenomena which produce negative force to the healthy operation for the construction of international exchange center in the capital city and should be attended by the municipal government. The industry governance should start with the consciousness of self-discipline from event organizers. The building of information sharing platform will greatly benefit the construction of one open and transparent industry chain，breaking the circle of monopoly interest operated by convention & exhibition centers and the designated on-site official service providers. The self governance also should aim to driving the industry players to mutually build one fair-play environment in compliance with market rules and international conventions，and promoting the development of green international conference and exhibition industry.
