Zhongguancun Forum has absorbed China Beijing International High-tech Expo and become one of the three exhibition platforms to be built in Beijing. In 2021，China Beijing International High-tech Expo and Zhongguancun Forum will be held at the same time，starting to fully integrate. After the integration，the strategic function of China Beijing International High-tech Expo has been improved，but there are also many problems，such as greatly reduced exhibition scale and area，unreasonable planning of exhibition halls and exhibition areas，insufficient activity of exhibitors and exhibition vitality，further strengthen of online exhibition，and exhibition site management. In terms of integration degree，the audience intersection between the exhibition and the forum is small，and the interactive influence is weak. The resonance effect of exhibition can be expected in the future. Therefore，the promotion strategy of China Beijing International High-tech Expo should strengthen the hardware construction of the venue and exhibition area before the completion of the new venue，optimize the on-site service of the exhibition，increase efforts to improve the cloud exhibition，and strengthen the deep integration and interaction.
