This paper starts with the overview of “one core area，two axes and multiple plates”，and reflects its spatiality through the introduction of the exchanges space. Combined with the theories of exchanges space and behavioral geography，the paper expounds the rationality of the space planning of international exchanges by linking theory with practice. This paper also analyzes the current situation of Beijing in the construction of international exchanges center and puts forward the method to deepen the space planning of international exchanges. It discusses the construction of strategic，hierarchical and scientific space planning from various aspects and levels，to achieve Beijing’s construction goal，capital of international exchanges，by 2035.
