With the acceleration of the aging process of China’s population，the traditional ways of providing for the elderly have high requirements for human，material and financial resources，which is not enough to fully cover the needs of the elderly group. However，in the context of the rapid development of information technology，“Internet + pension” permeates into community pension，and the smart community pension model emerges at the historic moment，which is also an important way to meet the challenge of aging. In this paper，through combing community endowment service transformation from the tradititional pattern of “Internet+” smart community endowment patterns of shift process，finding out the smart Community pension problems of Intelligent platform information technology support is insufficient；medical resources are not abundant enough，；product development is not humanized enough，；the construction of talent system is not perfect. Suggestions to enhance the technological level of smart community；strengthen the integration of medical and nursing services；standardize service systems and mechanisms；Clarify the development path of endowment service talent team；Increase the transparency of information on elderly care services.
